How many times have we perused a chain of events in hindsight and marveled at the perfect synchronicity of events? Of course, at the time, we usually feel muddled and confused as we attempt to make sound choices that will ultimately lead us to where we want to go. However, if we loosen control and allow a natural flow of events to occur with the understanding that Divine perfection is always present, we will arrive at our perfect destination. This is what happened to me in 1995.

It was, indeed, synchronicity that led me from being a frustrated metaphysical student who greatly desired my own source of other-worldly information to a telepathic individual who channels seventy-six wondrous beings. My journey began when one of my psychic counselors recommended that I try her beautician, Lori, since she knew I had been searching for someone who understood the dynamics of naturally curly hairy and how to cut it. My friend thought that Lori might satisfy my particular hair cutting requirements. However, we both underestimated how much impact she would have on my life. Essentially, I went for a haircut, and my life radically changed.

Actually, the wheels of change began moving earlier that year with my purchase of a new home. It all started when I bought a house that promptly fell apart. It was not the cozy haven I had anticipated. Since purchasing my new home, I had spent nearly $2,000 in a variety of unusual electrical repairs. I had also incurred water damage in a basement that had never experienced a water problem. In addition to the expensive repairs, I owned a forty foot swimming pool which my nine year old son, who was very fond of swimming, refused to enter. He claimed it was "scary" when he went into the water, asking to be driven to the swim club instead of playing in our private paradise. As I was relaying my latest financial fiasco with my home and my son's irrational fear of water to my new beautician, Lori, she exclaimed, "Anne, what you need is a property clearing! There are too many problems in too short of a time period to be coincidental."

Since my connection to Lori was made through a friend interested in metaphysical teachings, it made sense she was tuned to events that might be occurring beyond the more obvious physical problems. Another beautician would have probably commiserated with me about the incompleteness of house inspections and moved to a new subject. However, Lori told me she had been a serious student of metaphysics for many years and worked with some of the best teachers in the country. I sensed immediately that Lori had touched upon something important although I had no idea what it was. I had never heard of a property clearing and had no idea how to accomplish one. However, I understood the concept of "clearing" something holding negative energy based on my metaphysical studies. I asked Lori how I might accomplish a property clearing, and she gave me the phone number of a woman named Venessa who lived in Colorado. Lori assured me Venessa would know what I needed since she specialized in these unusual types of situations. Little did I suspect I would also become a specialist in the same field within the next few years.

As soon as I reached home, I dialed the number that Lori had given me. Instead of reaching Venessa, I spoke with her assistant who instructed me to write a description of the property, including the presence of any structures on the land like a barn or shed, and send it with a check for $75 to Venessa's office. Apparently Venessa conducted the investigation and the clearing prior to sharing the findings with her clients, so I set a telephone appointment for several weeks later. I looked forward with eager anticipation to her read-out, hoping my latest investment in my home would be the last expenditure for a long while.

My session with Venessa was the advent of a new way of thinking, and ultimately a new life, for me. Venessa was extremely proficient at clearing negative energy, an area she had studied for many years. She held in-depth understanding of the entities that live in the negative astral planes associated with Earth, and she specialized in clearing unwelcome energy from homes as well as from people. According to Venessa, I had purchased a home that was located near a gateway or entry point into a negative astral plane. Apparently, there are seven negative astral planes in the Earth realm, and there are doorways that have been opened via black magic or demonic rituals throughout the world. Most people do not live on or near one of these doorways which is why many do not hold the belief that the energy exists. However, I had the pleasure of becoming familiar with this type of energy since I was a neighbor to an unappetizing demon called a gatekeeper who hosted the ingress and egress of a parade of negative beings through a portalway in our back yard.

I was scarcely surprised when I was told the gateway was located underneath our swimming pool. I knew my son was not overly fanciful, and if he held a deep fear of something, it went beyond youthful imagination. Nonetheless, the impact of this information combined with Venessa's unfamiliar vocabulary about gateways and gatekeepers was confusing. What was she trying to tell me? What kind of words was she using? I had never encountered these terms in my metaphysical studies. In fact, I had been afraid of the dark as a child, and I slept with my sheet over my head. I would not even go down to the basement playroom by myself because of that uncomfortable feeling of hair raising on the back of my neck and shivers of fear that would overcome me. I was not sure I wanted Venessa's information about my new neighbors, yet I was also fascinated by it!

Venessa and I spent almost an hour on the telephone discussing the impact of the gateway on the well-being of my house and its occupants. Since a gateway is a doorway to a negative astral plane that acts as an entry and exit point for its residents who wish to visit the Earth realm, the area surrounding the gateway is filled with negative beings who get thrills from harassing positive individuals who live on Earth. Most of us cannot see these beings because they live in another dimension or frequency. It is similar to a radio bandwidth. We know that 103.5 FM is playing twenty-four hours a day, but unless we tune our radio dial to that station, we cannot hear anything. Those who psychically tune into the astral plane can "see" these negative beings. The rest of us just get the heebie jeebies when we feel their negative presence or things do not go well for us, for example, heavy financial expenditures on electrical repairs due to their pranks.

Venessa explained that gateways were usually opened by ritualistic black magic ceremonies. In other words, it was the intention of a group of physical beings, perhaps a cult, to open an entryway to the underworld because they were utilizing this negative energy as a power source for their own demonic activities like witchcraft or Satanic worship. Venessa estimated that the gateway in my yard had been opened in the late 1800's. It had been there a long time! She explained that the negative energy emanating from the area affected homes and occupants within a quarter mile radius. I guessed this little neighborhood in Kansas City had been a gold mine for general contractors for a long time if the negative entities had been playing similar pranks on others. I began to wonder if it was a coincidence that the nineteenth century farmhouse across the street had been destroyed in a freakish fire the prior year. The owners were in the process of adding a family room to the back of the house when a flame from a torch used to remove paint had leapt between the walls of the home and engulfed the historic home in fire in thirty minutes. I also wondered if the negative entities had continued to harass the owners who decided to rebuild since the reconstruction had been arduous due to numerous unplanned difficulties.

In her clearing, Venessa closed the gateway, sent the gatekeeper to the negative astral plane it had justly earned, and advised me to spend $75 for a property clearing with my next home purchase instead of incurring $2,000 worth of damage from discordant energy. Although I have encountered repairs due to the normal wear and tear on my house since Venessa's property clearing, the excessive and bizarre difficulties with all of the electrical equipment immediately ceased and the water problem disappeared in the basement. The following summer my son happily swam in the pool with his friends, enjoying his private Shangri-La without any signs of fear. Although I had never shared the presence of the gateway with him, he sensed that the pool was safe and did not show the hesitation he had exhibited the previous summer.

I was immensely curious about Venessa and the type of work she did since I had never encountered her terminology or her procedures in my extensive metaphysical reading. Like my son, l could feel the difference in the energy surrounding our home. Several months passed and I decided to call and ask what other services she offered. Her assistant informed me that Venessa's primary work involved soul clearing. I assumed soul clearing was like property clearing, and that it would eliminate negative energy from me just as it had from my house. If doctor's appointments equated to electrical repairs, then I could virtually bet my energy field held toxic substances. I set a second appointment, this time for a soul clearing session. Venessa's assistant requested my photograph and my full name and birth date in my handwriting. This time, I was to send $125 for the session. I hesitated, wondering if I wanted to spend $125. I stalled by telling Venessa's assistant I did not have any good photographs of myself. She assured me that Venessa would be looking at my energy field, not my appearance, and I could send my very worst side view and still obtain an accurate reading. I laughed at my ill-timed penny-pinching and vanity and promptly gathered everything together she requested and dropped it in the mail.

My second appointment with Venessa was as mind-expanding as the first. Again, I was bombarded with vocabulary I did not understand. I was told I was a member of the Great White Brotherhood. Had I unwittingly joined a sexist, racist society which would have conflicted with my core belief system? No, she explained, the Great White Brotherhood was a lightworker society of both male and female positive (hence white or light) beings who focused on bringing love, light, and truth to planets throughout the universe. I was also a member of various other soul societies with equally confusing names. Venessa explained how, as positive beings, we go to positive astral planes between reincarnations and study with our guides and teachers. Apparently, there is no rest for the dead!

However, the piece of information that resulted in significantly altering my life had yet to be shared. For the past eight years, I had studied metaphysics with various teachers and read as much new age material as I could find. I had visited numerous psychics and healers, attempting to open my own telepathic channel. However, I had made no progress since the various therapies recommended by my teachers had not resulted in a psychic connection. I felt terribly frustrated as I continued to pay other people to obtain telepathic information for me that I wished to personally tap. I knew I had the potential to receive a tremendous amount of other-worldly information. However, a barrier existed that I could not seem to identify or eliminate. I was about to learn that the blockage that had caused me such grief and frustration had finally been identified and removed.

Venessa told me that she had located a blockage in my third eye. The blockage had intentionally been placed in my telepathic channel to prevent my receipt of psychic information. Apparently, I was a gifted seer. I had two of what Venessa called "Godsparks." Typically, we carry one Godspark in our thymus gland because it is our linkage with the Divine Source. However, some people receive a second Godspark in their third eye or brow chakra. I had been given a second Godspark with the intent of increasing my psychic ability. However, transmissions had been thwarted by the blockage that resided there.

I was simultaneously relieved and mystified. I was thrilled to hear there was an explanation for my inability to receive psychic data. My months of telepathic trials and exercises to develop the psychic channel had been spent in vain due to the blockage. I was finally freed from my frustration of receiving nothing but dead air space instead of the superconscious information I had relinquished hope of hearing. However, I was also mystified by the presence of the blockage. Who would want to limit my growth? Who would care?

Venessa explained that the placement of this type of blockage was usually the result of interference caused by beings outside our dimension who might have an agenda different from ours. She said my enhanced psychic abilities from the second Godspark were intended to have a positive impact on the planet. I had no knowledge of the role I would play by experiencing a process called DNA Recoding which I recorded in my first book, The Power of Twelve, published two years after my soul clearing. The process was telepathically transmitted to me, and I experienced it in my everyday life. Based on the positive results, I decided to share the information with others, many of whom have elected to undergo the same process. DNA Recoding enables human beings to attain higher wisdom by expanding the genetic code from two to twelve strands of DNA. The DNA Recoding process enables us to increase our self-empowerment and self-actualization, moving to the next phase of our evolutionary potential by lightening our energy vibration. The lightened vibration enables us to operate at a greater potential, increase our psychic abilities, release debilitating emotions of fear and guilt, quicken our skills for manifesting, and enable us to ascend.

At the time of my soul clearing, I could not imagine why I might pose a threat to multidimensional beings who might not desire the residents of Earth to evolve to a higher state of knowing. I certainly did not view myself as powerful since I could not even talk to my own guides. Venessa said my soul records included a soul destiny contract to bring certain learnings to Earth by sharing information from evolved multidimensional beings from other dimensions. Perhaps, she suggested, someone was threatened by my potential. I laughed, thinking of how I yearned for that type of other-worldly information. In my mind, I was an empty threat. I could not envision the type of empowering information I might receive to share with others. Venessa advised me to overcome my perception of my limitations since those limitations no longer existed. She said I should spend time uncovering my psychic channel, flexing my unused pineal gland in the brow chakra in order to bring my third eye into prime working condition. She gave me some pointers on using automatic writing as a beginning step to receiving information from non-physical beings. Venessa recommended I write a question, then clear my head of mind-talk to enter an alpha brain state and focus on receiving the answer. She forewarned me about judging the information I received, since judgment places me in a beta brain wave state and would interfere with the flow of information. I thanked Venessa profusely as we concluded the session. Yet, I also wondered if I had spent $125 wisely or if this information would lead to yet another disappointing psychic dead end.

Following Venessa's instructions, I spent time over the next several weeks at my computer typing in questions and waiting for answers. I was astounded when I received information the very first time I sat at the computer. I wondered if I had fabricated the information, or if I had really received something from my guides. However, as the days went by and I continued to use the question and answer format, I gained more confidence for several reasons. First of all, the information was prolific and went beyond my own concepts. In other words, the ideas conveyed were new to me and included notions that were intriguing yet complex. I did not feel I was capable of imagining them since they always had an unusual twist that was not part of my conscious repertoire. Secondly, I could not remember anything I had written afterwards. I had to go back and re-read the information to remember what was said. I could spend several hours at the computer without any retention of what was there until I reviewed a printed version. Finally, I was receiving positive feedback on the material I received when I showed it to my metaphysical teachers whom I trusted. In fact, they encouraged me to send some of my writings to metaphysical publications, all of which were immediately selected for publication, again boosting my confidence.

With practice, I became very good at hearing my guides. In fact, I became so proficient that I received several new guides who began providing me with information on how to receive twelve strands of DNA, the number of strands needed in order to become fully conscious beings and experience ascension. As a result of the DNA Recoding process, my psychic abilities experienced another significant improvement since I was working with twelve rather than two levels of consciousness. My telepathy became clearer and more pronounced. I was on a roll!

During the time period that I worked on expanding my DNA strands, I received a mailing from Venessa offering an apprenticeship workshop to learn soul and property clearing. I was immediately attracted to learning the process that had dramatically shifted my own life in such a short time period. After eight years of frustrated trials at telepathy with no results, I had been able to experience psychic hook-ups within several weeks of my soul clearing. I knew I could really help others remove barriers to their own soul evolution by learning Venessa's highly effective clearing rituals. Since apprenticing with my first teacher, I have encountered a multitude of others who teach soul clearing with similarly spectacular results. Based on the many teachings I have been privileged to learn, I have developed my own version of performing clearings for clients who consciously want some aspect of health, wealth, and happiness but seem to be blocked from it. I have conducted hundreds of these clearings through my company InterLink which has quickly grown both nationally and internationally, again surpassing my concept of what I was capable of doing at a psychic level.

Today, I regularly receive information from my own guides and teachers for use with my clients, in my seminars, and in my books. Over time, my confidence in my channeled material has grown in conjunction with the positive feedback I receive from the recipients. The material that appears in the following pages is the information my guides have been able to send me to share with others thanks to my fully operational psychic channel. The enclosed material covers information on a wide range of subjects. The content always focuses on identifying and clearing key blockages or barriers that cause us unhappiness since this is the intent I established with my guides as a primary objective of InterLink's services. After all, everyone wants health, wealth, and happiness. Much of the information is accompanied by powerful clearing rituals. In fact, my clients are often surprised by the extent of the power, sometimes caught off-guard by the amount of energy that is either evident during the ritual or experienced after the clearing.

Initially, I worked with my guides who asked that I call them the Consortium of Angelic Shields when publishing their material. However, I subsequently learned about Esther Hicks and her channeling of a high power collective of entities called Abraham. Based on the outstanding quality of the information Esther received, I decided I wanted similar access to this high level of information. I enjoyed listening to Esther's channeling, but I wanted my own source that addressed healing modalities for expanding our health, wealth, and happiness on the Earth realm. I asked my guides if they objected to being replaced by a group energy that could provide information at the highest levels of our spiritual consciousness, and they supported me in my decision.

Later, I learned I had been a seer in another lifetime during which time I worked with a large group of beings. I was simply impulsed to tap into their energy once again. Although some of the writings in this book are from the original Consortium of Angelic Shields, the majority of the information has been provided by a group of seventy-six entities who refer to themselves as Geremyia and The Spirit of 76. Geremyia (pronounced Jeremiah) is similar to what the Polynesian philosophy calls a "Pau Aumakua," a grouping of "High Self" entities who have committed to working together for the benefit of human beings.

Most channelers work with a single entity when pulling through information. However, my channeling is similar to Esther's in which a group energy is transmitted. The energy is often intense since I am simultaneously working with seventy-six entities. In other words, I am not channeling information from one spokesperson who spearheads the efforts of the group. I am receiving a brain dump of information from seventy-six beings at the same time. Apparently, this was how I channeled this information in my past lifetime when, as a seer, I worked with this same group. It certainly provides for an interesting session at the computer...me, the keyboard, and seventy-six viewpoints.

Geremyia gently reminds me that the road to accessing this information has been long but very fruitful. In order to hold such a powerful energy, I had to be pure of heart because the transmission enters through my pineal gland which sits behind my third eye and exits through my heart. It would not have been possible to send me this data if I had blockages at the heart level. As a human being, I have spent a lifetime struggling with feeling safe and opening my heart energy. I have undergone numerous relationships, including three marriages, to achieve the balance that I needed to obtain to be a pure vessel for Geremyia's information. Understandably, I made great strides after meeting my life partner and husband, David, who frequently holds the balance for me while I explore the vast realms of the other side.

As I have learned, after conducting many clearing sessions on soul issues with my InterLink clients, there are no mistakes in life. Although we may not understand the intent of our circumstances at the time, there is Divine Order in every event. The superconscious part of our soul creates the experiences at a physical, or conscious, level that we need in order to achieve insight. Once we have learned our intended lessons in our conscious lives, we no longer need to have the experience. When I look back on the years in spent in corporate business devoid of any telepathic abilities, I no longer regret my lack of psychic talent. I understand I was not ready, yet, to hold the powerful energy of a Pau Aumakua like Geremyia.

I also understand that I needed to experience a life of mainstream thinking in order to hold an appreciation and sensitivity for everyday living issues. Had I grown up telepathic, I might not have been able to easily bridge both the physical and non-physical worlds. I might have expressed myself philosophically or esoterically which may not have been meaningful for people facing routine issues. Also, the marketing skills I learned from my corporate training have been immensely supportive in spreading awareness of my metaphysical work. I simply apply the same marketing concepts to my own work that I did to the corporate goods and services I helped make successful.

The following pages are gifts of insight from Geremyia. David and I have followed Geremyia's advice and have completed all of the rituals that have been shared to date. Our lives are filled with love, joy, good health, abundance, and although sometimes elusive, peace in the midst of Earth's polarity. We believe the gems offered by Geremyia have been instrumental in easing our path on a planet fraught with duality. Whereas others seem to bounce back and forth between joy and fear, health and sickness, wealth and scarcity, we have worked hard to achieve a place of peace and neutrality that feels like a haven amongst the bumpiness of the world.
